1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to work with FreeJobOffer.info, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application or perform any tasks.

2. Independent Contractor Status

All workers are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws. We do not withhold taxes or provide employee benefits.

3. Account Requirements

You must own and control all social media accounts you use for tasks. You may not use accounts belonging to others or fake accounts. Misrepresentation of account ownership or statistics will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

4. Task Completion

You agree to complete tasks as described. While we provide guidelines and templates, you're responsible for following each platform's terms of service. If your post is removed, you may still receive payment at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are made weekly (every Monday) once you reach the $20 minimum balance. We reserve the right to delay payment if fraud is suspected. Payment methods include Cryptocurrency, Gcash, and PayPal (verified members only).

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) use bots or automated tools, (b) create fake accounts, (c) spam or violate platform guidelines, (d) share your login credentials, (e) attempt to game the system, (f) harass other workers or clients.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. However, by accepting a task, you grant our clients a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may stop working at any time. Upon termination, you'll receive payment for completed, approved tasks minus any debts or chargebacks.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for account suspensions, bans, or any other consequences resulting from your participation. You use this service at your own risk. Our liability is limited to unpaid earnings for completed tasks.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new terms. We'll notify active workers of major changes via WhatsApp or email.
